Louie Norwood, founder, CEO and President of Temps Plus, Inc. creates and oversees the ongoing development and future direction of the company to align with the constantly changing needs of its homebuilder clients.
Mike Whittaker
Operations Manager
Who's minding the shop? That would be Mike Whittaker. Temps Plus 'go-to' guy, Mike left a high-visibility management position with a major national retail chain to start from the ground up in homebuilding as a Temps Plus real estate host.
Carol Shaw
Regional Vice President
Carol Shaw joined Temps Plus teamp in June of 2007. Known as an independent and motivated sel-starter, Carol offers an ambitious work ethic. She is an experienced professional with a documented track record of success in both inside and outside sales.
Northern California Division
Sonja Roter
Regional Sales Manager
Sonja Roter is excited to join the Temps Plus team in Northern California including the Bay Area and Sacramento as the new Regional Vice President of Sales. Sonja brings over 15 years of combined experience in new home sales, sales management, marketing, and real estate in both Texas and California.

Christeen Cubillos

Christeen is no stranger to hard work. Following an aggressive curriculum at Brooks College, she parlayed a family furniture manufacturing business into three retail furniture companies through strategic planning and organization.

Robin Ritchie
Regional Vice President
Robin recently took a position as Regional Vice President of our Dallas division in November of 2011. With over 20 years in marketing, training and sales experience within the Multifamily Housing industry as well as three years in New Home Sales, Robin knows how this business works.
